Fruit Soda Scones. This recipe is courtesy of my sister. While watching an in-flight baking show, she saw these soda scones being made with fruit peel, dried currants (or dried cranberries), orange, and lemon zest. The fruit peel and dried fruit provide enough sugar content, in my opinion, so no added sugar. Try them and see if you agree.
